5. Service Availability

6. Intellectual Property
All underlying technology, AI models, and infrastructure of Speak Space are the exclusive property of the company.

Speak Space is not designed for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 13 has used our app, please contact us immediately so we can delete the information.

1. Exclusion of Platform-API Data
   Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs or Apple ecosystem APIs (e.g., Calendar, Mail, Reminders, Files) is processed only to deliver the user-requested feature and is never used to develop, improve, or train any personalized or non-personalized AI or ML models.
2. Model Training Sources
   Only de-identified, user-generated voice notes and transcripts created within SpeakSpace may be used to enhance speech or language models, and only with explicit, revocable user consent.
3. Third-Party AI Processors
   If a user enables a feature that forwards platform-API data to an external AI processor, SpeakSpace transmits only the minimum data fields required for that feature. Third parties are contractually restricted to feature-specific processing and must delete the data after completion.
4. Limited-Use and Platform Compliance
       •    Google: Use and transfer of Google API–derived data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
       •    Apple: Use of data from Apple APIs complies with the App Store Review Guidelines, the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, and App Store Privacy disclosures.
5. User Control and Revocation
   Users may disconnect Google or Apple integrations at any time in SpeakSpace settings or via their Google or Apple account dashboards, immediately terminating SpeakSpace’s access to platform-API data.

SpeakSpace is designed for general audiences and can be used by individuals aged 3 and above. While the app is not specifically intended for children, it is built to be safe and accessible for a wide range of users. We recommend that children under the age of 13 use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian to ensure a guided and safe experience. SpeakSpace does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a minor has used the app without such supervision or consent, please contact us so we can address the situation appropriately.
